Sometimes we have to choose something to determine our future. One time we met with two choices, stay or withdraw.
HRD can not fulfill its promises and obligations to us as new employees. Friends of our new work affects us to move to a new workplace because the conditions are not conducive office. On the other hand we want to stay in the company because we hope to succeed at the company where we work now. On the other hand, if we persist we will likely go down a position or even fired at any time. There are several alternatives to be able to determine the best option for us, like to see the division of HRD and speak well about the status of our work. Ask considerations to the HRD to sustain us in our current position, by giving some reasons in terms of ability and achievement of our work so far. Usually HRD will provide answers that are less pleasant. They will provide such additional trial period for us. We may consider our decision to stay or move to another company better.
To avoid having gaps of time when applying for a job, it helps us prepare ourselves with after finish our curriculum vitae. So while we are working in our company at this time, make a job application letter and curriculum vitae addressed to the companies in which we will move work there.
But be careful when we are invited to an interview where we will be working later. We must anticipate smart with the candidates we place the new company. The point is do not ever lie with the companies we work today and the company that we will occupy. Maybe we can slightly adjust the time of the interview after the lunch hour in the morning so that we can keep working at our company today.
Hopefully, this step can be a path to success to success and the pain can be neglected.
